Gaelic Football

Gaelic Football was introduced to our school in September 2013. Since then Gaelic Football has gone from strength to strength and it has proven to be a very popular sport in our school.

This year over 30 girls turned up from training every week and three teams took part in inter-school competitions.

Inter-school Gaelic Football competitions take place in October and training for pupils in third, fourth, fifth and sixth class takes place every Monday from 3.15 to 4.15 p.m. starting in September.

Mrs. Gayle Kealy organises Gaelic Football in our school and she is ably assisted by Miss. Kate Skehan.
