Our school endeavours to promote mission awareness through a variety of activities.  Each class has a mission box and a used stamp box, which encourages the children to contribute regularly to the missions.

During the season of Lent, fourth, fifth and sixth classes each host a bun sale.  This is an extremely enjoyable and worthwhile activity for all the pupils in the school.  The money is donated to various missionary agencies.  

We often receive visits and letters from some of these missionaries, outlining how the money raised is being used.  We sponsor the education of two young people in the Philippines and support the HOPE Foundation in India.

Coming closer to home, we have, on several occasions, helped the M.S. Association through various Readathons.  We have also contributed to the Irish Heart Foundation by holding a very successful sponsored Skipathon. We also support our local secondary school, Cashel Community School in various fundraising activities.
