Under 11 blitz.

Well done to the eleven girls from third and fourth class who played in the U11 gaelic football blitz in Leahy Park today.

This was the very first gaelic football match for the girls who began gaelic football in September. 

The teams were closely matched, but on the day the Cashel girls were narrowly beaten by Mullinahone and St. Joseph's, Roscrea.  

Everyone played brilliantly thanks to the hard work of trainer Pauric Murray. 

We certainly have lots of footballers to watch out for in the future!
