Third class Maths Mrs McGlinchey
Hello girls,
I hope you are all well. I'm sure you having been playing lots in the sunshine. I was delighted to receive some emails with your work, I love hearing how you are getting on and you can also email me if you need help with anything. Here is your work for this week.
Mrs O'Dwyer and I are going to cover the topic of area this week. Area means the total size of the flat surface. So if you were to compare the kitchen table top and your maths book which do you think would have a larger area? Yes! The kitchen table top. I have attached a worksheet on area for you to download.
Here are links to some fun activities for area.
