In geography we were studying local industries in Tipperary. We studied Tipperary Crystal, Coolmore Stud, Cashel Blue cheese, The Apple Farm in Cahir and O' Donnell's crisps. We also did a "Dragon's Den" presentation on each business in class. We did a taste testing on some of the products. It was great fun.
