I hope you all had a great week and enjoyed the activities for Wellness Week. I hope that you found the virtual bun sale fun too! This week, the 8th – 12th of June is our School Tour/School Memories week. You will have sheets in your pack based on Cragaunnowen, our tour destination, and a memories sheet.
School tour: this year, the school tour is in Cragaunnowen. Unfortunately, we cannot be there this year but we have lovely activities and videos links in the pack for you to explore Cragaunnowen and its history in a new way. You will have an information sheet, a colouring sheet and instructions on how to play the videos on the website. There is a day to day guide for you to follow. We would love to see you making your own Crannógs too if you can!
School memories: you will also have a 3rd class or 4th class memories sheet in your pack. The 3rd class memory sheet has stepping stones and the 4th class sheet has a flower. On your sheet, you can write and/or draw your memories from your time in 3rd class or 4th class. Here are a few suggestions: visiting the Rock of Cashel, the school show, performing Christmas carols, visiting the new playground, and so many more!
Well done girls for participating in the virtual bun sale! Your creations were fabulous. I hope you found the baking relaxing and enjoyable. I have added your photos below. I did some baking this week too, I made lemon drizzle cake. It was great fun!
