I hope that you are keeping safe and well. I am well and keeping busy. I go for a little walk everyday with my sons . The weather is so nice that I have been in the garden cleaning out weeds and I planted some lettuce and cabbage plants too! I hope that you are managing to fill your day with activities that keep you busy too.
I am sending you on some Maths work that you can do each day. They are revision questions. You can answer them in your copies or if you have a printer you can print them off and answer them on the sheet.
Also keep up with your tables. Focus on 8x tables this week. Remember to use your hands to keep you focussed on where you are when you are saying them. I have a 100 square at the end of these pages and you can colour in all the multiples of 8 on it if you can print it off. Here are some tables activities you can do
- Colour the multiples of 8 on the 100 square attached .
- Time yourself saying them and see if you can beat that time as the week goes on.
- Get a pack of cards and pick out ace = 1, 2-10, jack =11, queen= 12. Turn them over quickly and multiply it by 8..you could do this game with your brother/ sister/ mum. If you don’t have a pack of cards you could write numbers on pieces of paper and use those. The game below is fun to practice any of your tables. Just copy the link and you can play online.
