Hi my gorgeous girls,

I hope you are keeping safe and well and you are being helpful, kind and happy.

A massive salute to all of your dedicated, patient and hardworking parents.

I know that you have been terrific over the last two weeks.

I know you miss school, miss meeting up with your friends, miss daily routines but I know also that you are enjoying spending quality time with your family and enjoying the lovely sunny, dry weather we are blessed with at the moment.

Keep up your daily exercise. Do some skipping, hopscotch if you have chalk to draw one, dance lots AND LOTS (I miss dancing with you a lot but I try to dance a bit every day!) and do whatever exercise your parents encourage you to do.

Keep eating well.

Stay in touch with extended family and friends by letter, postcards from An Post, Facetime, Skype or whatever ways your family have come up with.

I have another list of work activities that you can do.

If it suits your parents for you to do all of them that’s great and if it suits to do some of them that’s great too. Home is not school so just do what you can do and the best you can do with a smile.

I miss you lots and I am so looking forward to seeing you all.
