Grandparents Day was held on 8th February and I think everyone would agree it was a most memorable day for the grandparents and children alike. Our grandparents had tea and cake in the halla before our 1st class girls joined then for chat, games, reading and fun. Our multi-talented girls played their tin whistles, sang Teddy Bear Rock 'n' Roll, recited a poem, called 'The Queen' and following this showed their grandparents to their classrooms to see all the lovely work they have been doing.
