Fundraising Concert.

The Parent Association organised a wonderful fundraising concert in Bru Boru which took place on 27th March. 

The concert opened with a performance from the school choir made up of pupils from fifth and sixth classes. They entertained the audience with a repertoire consisting of Musical Memories, Me & My girl, Hairspray and the Rhythm of Life and captivated everyone present with their rendition of Amhran na gCupan. 

Thomas Grogan and the Junior Choir from Cashel Community School also performed.

The main event of the night was "4 in a Bar", a quartet from Dublin performing a varied array of music in barbershop style. 

Funds raised from the concert go towards the school playground refurbishment project which is hoped will commence during the last term. 

Congratulations and well done to the dedicated members of the Parent Association on a very successful venture.

Tigger has found a new home with Ciara Burke (6th Class), Winnie the Pooh was won by Emma Ryan (5th Class) and Cailey Peters (3rd Class) gets to enjoy the large bunny easter egg.
