Hi girls,
Another lovely week gone by with plenty of sunshine. I hope you are all getting plenty of vitamin d outside.
It looks like we won't be going back to school anytime soon but know that I am missing you all. Keep busy at home and try to play with a different toy each day. I bet you have toys you have forgotten about that can be so much fun. If we keep busy, the weeks will fly by.
I've changed the work layout a little bit this week and made a grid with lots of activities. When you complete an activity you can colour the box and see how many you get done. I wonder will anyone get them all done and shout BINGO. Make sure and shout it really loud so I can hear you all the way over in Thurles. :)
Just a little reminder that all the worksheets do not need to be printed out... you can do them orally and tell an adult what the answers are too. I am so impressed with the photos and messages I have received each week. I can see you are doing great work at home. I'm very impressed with some of the writing I have seen and you have been giving me lots of lovely ideas for art activities in the classroom when we go back to school.
I miss hearing you all read your words for me in school. You were all doing so well back in March. I hope you are doing a little practice with them at home and moving onto the sentences if you can read all your blending boxes. Teidí told me the other day he can't wait to hear you read again too.
