Engineers Week in 5th Class Room 11

As part of Engineers Week, 5th class learned all about different types of bridges and had great fun constructing them from tin foil, Lego, K’Nex and blocks. In pairs, they researched and completed informative and factual posters on famous bridges such as Rice Bridge, Waterford, Samuel Beckett Bridge, Dublin, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Golden Gate Bridge and Brooklyn Bridge, Tower Bridge and Vasco da Gama bridge in Portugal. We certainly have some budding engineers in our class!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
